Members’ Coordinator
The Members’ Coordinator is the link between the Society and its cast, ensuring smooth communication and support throughout productions.
Key Responsibilities:
Cast Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for cast members.
Rehearsal Support: Record attendance at rehearsals, provide refreshments, and be present at most rehearsals—even if not directly involved in the production.
Database Management: Create and maintain an up-to-date cast database.
Membership Updates: Notify the Secretary of new members and liaise with the Treasurer to maintain accurate records of financial cast members.
