About VHS Christmas Carol

Follow Ebenezer Scrooge on a journey of redemption as he is visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, along with his former business partner Jacob Marley. Packed with powerful music, memorable characters, and retro flair, VHS Christmas Carol offers exciting opportunities for performers of all experience levels.

Audition Requirements

Auditionees are asked to prepare a 1-minute excerpt of an 1980s-era song of their choice. Character descriptions within the audition pack include musical inspirations that may help guide song selection.

Please provide your own backing track by either:

• Bringing it on a USB device on the day; or

• Emailing a link to info@lms.org.au (including a timecode if you wish the track to begin at a specific point).

Individual auditions will run for approximately 10 minutes, and all auditionees are encouraged to attend the accompanying movement workshop.
