Annual General Meeting 2026

Launceston Musical Society members are warmly invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and social gathering.

Venue: Gunners Arms Tavern, 23 Lawrence Street, Launceston

The AGM is an important opportunity to review the Society's achievements over the past year, hear about our plans for the future, and participate in the election of the Committee.

Voting and Nominations

In accordance with the Society's Constitution, members must have been a current financial member for at least 30 days prior to the meeting to be eligible to:

• Vote at the AGM

• Be nominated for an Executive Committee position

Members interested in nominating for an Executive Committee position are encouraged to contact the Society to receive a nomination form and further information about the available roles.
