Launceston Musical Society proudly presented 9 to 5: The Musical—a high-energy, feel-good production based on the iconic 1980 film starring Dolly Parton. Set in a bustling corporate office, the show followed three determined women who turned the tables on their sexist, egotistical boss and reimagined their workplace with humour, heart, and a touch of rebellion.

Featuring a catchy score by Dolly Parton herself, 9 to 5 delivered dazzling choreography, colourful characters, and a powerful message of empowerment and solidarity. It was a crowd-pleasing celebration of friendship, justice, and the fight for equality.
