President

The President, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Society, responsible for managing operations in line with the interests and direction of our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Oversee the Society’s activities and ensure decisions reflect members’ goals.

• Chair Meetings: Act as chairperson at all meetings. If absent or vacating the chair, a Vice President will preside, or in their absence, a member elected by those present. The President may resume the chair at any time.

• Voting Authority: Hold a personal vote and an additional casting vote at any meeting.

This role is central to guiding the Society’s vision and fostering collaboration among members.
